Valencia is quickly becoming one of the best destinations for those that like to enjoy gastronomy. No longer just none as the home of Paella it is also now home to many Michelin star restaurants. The most important dish here is rice and you can’t leave Valencia until you’ve tried it. We wanted find out what makes Valencia so special in terms of gastronomy so we interviewed some of the city’s best chefs.
